*sigh*

Well, for those of you who actually read this, you might have noticed recently most of my entries taking place late at night or very early in the morning... though I should note that early morning for me can be as late as 11 am EST... Anyhoo, for the fifth night now, I've been up all night, unable to fall asleep without the help of Excederin PM *Now that I think of it, where is that bottle??*  Though my nights have not been unproductive at some level, its becoming highly annoying... its been two days since I've really seen the light of day, as I've largely slept through it as I finally get to bed right about now... but today I have to return to work... I NEEEEEED to get out of the freakin house and doing stuff... but going to work requires actually being awake during my new sleep hours...

Alas, I'm setting my clock correct by staying up and just making it through till this evening, when I plan to crash, and crash hard...

but like I said, my nights haven't been unproductive!!  I've finally sat through the first installment of the Hitchhikers Trilogy, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, at a total of 145 pages, and the first of the Foundation Series by Asimov, Foundation, at a total of 296 pages *go me!*

And while I hope to be sleeping most nights *2am till about 10 am* I do have an ambitious reading list for the month of January while I am out of school...
In no particular order:
  1. Foundation and Empire- Isaac Asimov
  2. Second Foundation- Isaac Asimov
  3. Restaurant at the end of the Universe- Douglas Adams
  4. Pride and Prejudice- Jane Austen
  5. Emma- Jane Austen
  6. Northanger Abbey- Jane Austen
  7. War of the Worlds- HG Wells
  8. Island of Dr. Moreau- HG Wells
  9. Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde- Robert Lewis Stevenson
  10. Invisible Man- HG Wells
  11. Journey to the Center of the Earth- Jules Verne
  12. Time Machine-Jules Verne
Yeah, thats an ambitious list, especially for such a slow reader such as myself... but given my intense lack of people to hang out with easily, my internet depression and my muse has disappeared once more for both my writing and my artwork, I might just have the time to get some of the done... I certainly don't expect to finish it, and there are others on the list, but most of the ones I have chosen are readable in one or two sittings.... no I didn't stick Cervantes or Hugo on there, though they are on my eventual list... Eight through 12 are each no more than 150 pages, or about four hours at most...  Same goes with 3, though I expect to add the other four stories of the series in that list... The two foundation novels are on the verge of two sittings, though I finished the original Foundation in one five and a half hour sitting, and the second two prove no longer page wise...  Then I stuck in Austen... I've been in the mood to read her recently, and so I think tonight I will sit down with Emma... who knows!  I think though that I will take War of the Worlds with me to work, so I might just be finishing it up tonight instead....
